Publications by Verlag der Kulturstiftung Sibirien | SEC Publications and former works are distributed both in print and in electronic form in order to provide scholars and in particular indigenous communities in Siberia easy and free access to these materials. Many of these books and articles were earlier hosted at www.siberian-studies.org that had been maintained by the Foundation's board members Erich Kasten and Michael Dürr for this purpose since 2004. They are now integrated into www.kulturstiftung-sibirien.de where all materials are available under the principle of Creative Commons.
